This form will serve as your application to collaborate with Black Sugar Queen. Please fill out the required fields to allow us to better discern our alignment.

Once your application is submitted our team will review and if selected you will be contacted with a collaborative agreement outlining the exchange requested.
BOTH parties must agree to the final terms before proceeding.
